Carver, 3607 Aft Cabin

The hull appears to be in good condition, but being in the water, the condition of the bottom paint is unknown. The seller says it was last hauled about 5 years ago but has been cleaned recently and all appeared to be good.

The seller states that the gauges and engine controls on both helms work. There is no working GPS, so one will need to be installed.

There is no generator, and there are 3 AC units, but none of them hold a charge and they need to be repaired or replaced.

The port engine runs well per the seller, but the starboard engine locked up and is out of the boat now and needs to be rebuilt. The seller would rather sell the boat \"as-is\" and the new owner can pick up the old motor if desired.

The seller states that both heads and showers work.
